We all know that putting pen to paper is more than just a creative outlet…it can be a powerful tool for emotional healing and self-reflection. But how does it really work? And why is journaling so effective when it comes to mental health? This week, Dixi and I explore the concept of bubble journaling and share our personal experiences surrounding this process as a mental health practice. Such a real convo about life and healing, this week’s bubble journaling had us uncovering some pretty deep therapeutic and meaningful pieces for us. This type of letting-go process can offer an unwind from the inner talk that tends to trip us up, something we can all definitely benefit from.
